PETA reports the Polar bear is being hunted to extinction by hunters in Alaska and is facing extinction at the hands of a pack of wild boar.
The Siberian tiger is being slaughtered by hunters on the border of Russia and Canada, according to PETA, which claims the bear is a victim of “fear and exploitation.”
“This hunt has gone too far and should not go on,” said PETA’s executive director, Shannon Coulter.
“These hunters are slaughtering a species that is already in peril.
It is heartbreaking that this hunt is going on in a place where polar bears are already endangered.”PETA claims the polar bear is hunted for its fur and ivory.
